Change AgilityHR/LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Change Agility – being good at dealing with quick and frequent change – has been identified as an essential leadership skill for managers and executives. It’s also a valued competency sought out when identifying employees for future promotion and leadership positions. This course demonstrates the importance of change agility as a management competency and offers best practices to help managers and supervisors develop their own change management skills as well as those of their team members.
